Hand made items: All of our felt hats are made from the finest furs; 5X-1000X, 42 colors. Each hat takes approximately 4 weeks to be made, and are made to satisfaction.

All of our products are guaranteed to satisfaction. If the item is not damaged, and shows no signs of wear — we will exchange it, or refund your money within 30 days of purchase. Sorry, but no shipping charges can be refunded.
